Implant-Supported Dentures
When it comes to replacing an arch of missing teeth, not everyone is comfortable with the surgery necessary for individual implants, and at Hampden Dental Care, we strive to provide quality holistic dentistry with minimal impact to the body. Implant-supported dentures rest on 4-6 implants that are placed in the jaw bone. The implants themselves stimulate the growth of the jaw bone, which in turn secures the implants and strengthens the jaw.
You will need time to heal before we place your new dentures, and we are able to further the healing process with the use of L-PRF therapy. This therapy involves using white blood cells from your own blood to release proteins that speed your healing time and return your body to its normal state.
